Why is there a care gap for dementia patients?

A new study in the journal Nature Aging reveals that at least one in five people with dementia don’t receive any help with daily living. This persists at all economic levels and regions of the world. The study’s authors say we need to increase financial investments and caregiver staffing around the world to hopefully fix this issue. (Yale)
